What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa & Mastercard through our secure online store OR if you prefer we can take your order over the phone!
How do I know what size to buy?

What are your shipping rates & delivery times?
Our “Standard Shipping” is free, if your delivery address is in the Continental United States. Standard Shipping can take anywhere from 2-9 days depending on your location. Remember in order to get FREE standard shipping your order must total at least $20.00.
If you need your order by a certain date we also offer a variety of UPS shipping options. All of your shipping options will be presented to you during your order process—before you enter payment information.
Orders placed Monday-Friday (not including holidays), before 12:30pm (Pacific) will usually be shipped within 48 hours, however you will receive email notice when your package is shipped.

Are your shipping methods Earth-friendly?
We do our best to ship in the least wasteful ways possible. We use exclusively recycled packing/shipping materials whenever possible.
Can children order?
No. Ragazzi Clothing Company/ Pooka Brand, and its Web site www.pookabrand.com, is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not submit information about yourself to www.pookabrand.com and you may not place an order on our site. If you would like to order and you are under 18, you may use Pookabrand.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Pooka Brand reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in their sole discretion.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us!
We will only accept returned items that are defective. We will do our best to rectify the situation and will either issue an exchange or refund depending on circumstances.

When shipping returned items, please be sure to use delivery confirmation through USPS, FedEx or UPS to insure that your package gets to us safely. Ragazzi Clothing Company/Pooka Brand is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Is my purchase secure? Is it safe to order online with my credit card?
Pooka Brand is concerned about the safety and security of our customers. Therefore, we have put technological protections in place to ensure that the transaction process is extremely safe and that our customers' information is secure.
Your credit card information security is extremely important to us. Pookabrand.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption at 128 bits, an advanced encryption technology which protects the information you send us against unauthorized access.
Why do you use organic cotton?
It's better for our planet and animals: We currently use organic cotton for our tees because it helps reduce the amount of chemicals that are used to produce clothing. The average "conventional" cotton tee takes 1/3 lb. of hazardous chemicals & pesticides to be produced. Just think--every time you buy a Pooka™ brand tee YOU help make the world a cleaner place! Chemicals and pesticides that are used to grow crops are harmful to plants and animals around where the cotton might be grown. In addition those chemicals get washed into streams, lakes, rivers and oceans contaminating the local eco-systems, killing plants and animals. By using organic methods of production we help reduce the toxic toll on our environment.
It's better for people: In a time when we are constantly baraged by many harmful chemicals both in our homes and in public it is important to reduce our exposure as much as we can. We are learning more and more about the everyday items--especially in our homes that are increasing the amount of hazardous chemicals in our bodies. We are also currently looking into other earth-friendly fabrics such as hemp and bamboo.
